cloth diapering

if you asked me a year ago if i would ever consider trying cloth diapering i would have said heck no! that is soooo gross! however i was unaware of what i like to call "modern cloth diapering". it makes cloth diapering so much more easier and actually kind of fun haha. 

first you have the shell which holds the cloth insert in place.

then there is the cloth insert

i had bought the hemp inserts thinking that they hold more but the dry time is a bit too long for me and i would suggest getting the stay dry inserts.

now for those of you are well wait what if they your baby goes number 2?

here is the solution, you can dispose of what you can into the toilet, and then use the bum genius sprayer it gets all the the rest of the waste off of the insert and ready to toss into the washer.

 

yes these diapers can be an expense however they do pay for themselves over time, and i suggest everyone try it :)
